Gwangju University announced on the 20th that its Hosimchwi and Startup Support Group, together with the University Job Plus Center, held a "Visiting Lobby Employment Briefing" from the 7th to the 16th.

This briefing, organized in collaboration with private agencies entrusted with youth employment policies, was held in the lobbies of major campus buildings?including the Administration Hall, Seongsil Hall, Geukgi Hall, Tamjin Hall, Baegin Hall, Hosim Hall, and the Student Union Hall?to improve accessibility and participation among current students.

The briefing featured a variety of programs, such as career and employment counseling and registration, information on graduate-specific programs, promotion of the University Job Plus Center, and on-site guidance and registration for youth employment policies (including the National Employment Support System). In particular, the on-site registration for the National Employment Support System provided practical support measures and received a strong response.

Shin Chunwoo, head of the Hosimchwi and Startup Support Group and professor of Accounting and Taxation, said, "By holding the briefing in lobby spaces where students frequently pass by, we have improved access to employment information." He added, "We will continue to make efforts to provide practical assistance to current students and local youth in their career planning through customized employment support programs."
