Launch of Content for Hanunggeom and LEET Preparation
Sling, the operator of the tablet-based study app 'Orzo', announced on May 20 that it has launched two new study modes for students preparing for the Korean History Proficiency Test (Hanguksa Neungryeok Geomjeong Siheom, or Hanunggeom) and the Legal Education Eligibility Test (LEET).
Until last year, Orzo primarily offered college entrance exam and school exam study services for middle and high school students. Starting this year, the company has been actively expanding into adult education. Following its entry into the civil service exam market in February, Orzo has now introduced study modes for Hanunggeom and LEET past exam questions.
The Orzo Hanunggeom mode is structured so that students can solve all past exam questions from 2012 to 2025, organized by proficiency level. The LEET mode provides past exam questions by year and subject, and also includes Public Service Aptitude Test (PSAT) study content, which is used in legislative exams and the High Civil Service Examination for Court Administration.
Additionally, Orzo offers a range of study features, including automatic grading, smart pencil writing tools, and question-specific timers. It also provides systematic review functions, such as a Q&A board, AI-based automatic review question recommendations, and question-specific tags. By utilizing these features, students can experience efficient problem-solving in a digital environment and prepare effectively for exams through repeated practice.
Kangmin Ahn, CEO of Sling, stated, "We hope that Orzo's digitalized learning environment will help Hanunggeom and LEET students prepare for their exams more easily and achieve high scores." He added, "Within this year, we will further update Orzo with premium answer explanations and gradually expand our service coverage to include exams held not only in Korea but also overseas."
