Hyeum announced on May 20 that it has officially launched 'Alfred,' an artificial intelligence (AI) agent designed for corporate business owners, including small business owners and startups.
Alfred is an AI agent specialized in the fields of finance and taxation. When users enter finance or tax-related questions in the chat window, it understands the intent and context to either directly carry out the requested tasks or provide instant answers based on its trained internal expert database (DB).

The core features of Alfred include: 24/7 Q&A on finance, tax, and labor issues; issuance of various tax and business-related documents; facilitation of tax payments and various tax filings; and recommendations for refunds tailored to business conditions.
In particular, Hyeum has applied RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to enhance the accuracy of Alfred's information and has trained the AI with 22 million natural language data points collected through expert consultation services conducted via KakaoTalk Messenger since the company's founding in 2017.
With the launch of Alfred, Hyeum plans to accelerate the development of agentic AI by advancing its LAM (Large Action Model), which enables reasoning and decision-making, utilizing its proprietary RPA (Robotic Process Automation) engine.
Hyeum CEO Ok Hyungseok stated, "Going forward, we will continue to advance both our technology and business so that Alfred can become an essential AI agent for entrepreneurs and lead the market for AI agents in the finance and tax sectors."
