"Daily Life" is targeted at ten young adults aged 19 to 39 and ten middle-aged adults aged 40 to 69 who either reside in or are active within Gangbuk-gu. The program is a long-term initiative structured in stages, ranging from psychological and emotional recovery to the formation of social networks.

In June and July, group counseling sessions focused on resilience will be held. In September, leisure and cultural programs such as educational sessions and horticultural therapy will take place. In November, there will be an activity-sharing event and a program to support the formation of social networks. In particular, for ten participants identified as needing psychological counseling, a professional counselor will provide seven additional individual counseling sessions.

Single-person households interested in participating can apply by filling out a Google Form via the QR code provided in the information leaflet and registering on the Gangbuk-gu Single-Person Household Support Center website by June 4. All applicants will undergo individual face-to-face interviews before the final selection, and participants must be able to attend all sessions of the program.

The Gangbuk-gu Single-Person Household Support Center operates a variety of educational and leisure programs year-round, including the individual counseling program "Ppukkune Mind Shelter." The center is dedicated to expanding communication and social participation among single-person households and improving their quality of life.
