Recruitment of New Startup Companies for Gwangjin Economic Hub Center Residency

Gwangjin District (District Mayor Kim Kyungho) is accepting applications from startup companies wishing to newly move into the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center in the second half of 2025. Applications will be accepted until June 13.

The Gwangjin Economic Hub Center provides comprehensive support for resident companies through various programs, including affordable rent, advanced IT infrastructure, startup education, and consulting.

Resident companies have free access not only to dedicated office spaces but also to a variety of shared facilities, including a live commerce studio, a mobile app testbed, and a brand photo zone.

In addition, through the entrusted operator Ensoul Partners, companies can participate in investment connection and startup support consulting programs.

Eligible applicants include companies established within the past three years, early-stage entrepreneurs, and companies certified as ventures. The selection process consists of a first-round document review, in which 1.5 times the number of available slots will be shortlisted, followed by a second-round presentation evaluation. The final selected companies will move in during July. The initial residency period is one year and may be extended in one-year increments for up to five years, subject to a review.

Currently, 56 companies are housed at the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center, and approximately 34 new companies are expected to be selected through this recruitment.

Companies wishing to apply should prepare the required documents and submit them via email by June 13. For more details, please refer to the Gwangjin District Office or Ensoul Partners website, or contact the Corporate Support Office at the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center.

Kim Kyungho, Mayor of Gwangjin District, stated, "It is our role to support promising startups so that they can grow stably and become a new driving force for the local economy," adding, "We will continue to do our best to create an environment where companies with technology and ideas can fully realize their potential."
