In the second episode of Bulkkot Baseball, released at 9 p.m. on May 12 via StudioC1's YouTube channel, viewers witnessed an all-star-level tryout scene where participants fiercely competed to earn a spot on the 'Bulkkot Fighters' team and wear their uniforms.

Out of a total of 210 applicants, 90 players who passed the document screening participated in this tryout. Ace players from college leagues across the country, high school applicants, and independent club players gathered to compete intensely for five positions: pitcher, shortstop, third baseman, catcher, and outfielder.

This group included Bae Taeho (outfielder), Kim Jihoon (infielder), Kim Minsu (catcher), Hwang Junghoo (pitcher), Kim Taehui (infielder), and Kang Chansu (pitcher), who led Kyungnam University to victory at the 58th Presidential National University Baseball Tournament. Although each of them showcased outstanding skills in their respective positions, they unfortunately did not make the final roster.

Despite the disappointment of not being selected, the players expressed positive feelings, saying, "Through the experience of being with baseball players from all over the country, I was able to learn and grow much more," and "Just having the opportunity to stand here as a college player was a great experience. This challenge has motivated me to train even harder."

Park Jungjin, Executive Vice President, stated, "The players' relentless spirit of challenge and passion for baseball as they pursue their dreams have inspired many students," adding, "Kyungnam University will spare no effort in actively supporting students as they move toward a greater future."
