Mirae Asset Securities Opens New 'The Sage Family Office' Branch

Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 19th that it has opened a new branch of 'The Sage Family Office' in the Gangnam area to respond to the rapidly growing domestic ultra-high-net-worth asset management market.

'The Sage' means a wise and knowledgeable person, and expresses the company's commitment to providing intelligent, customized financial solutions based on Mirae Asset Securities' core value of being a 'Permanent Innovator.'

The new branch is located on the 30th floor of the Parnas Tower, near Exit 5 of Samseong Station on Subway Line 2. Taking into account the area's concentration of wealthy individuals and high-income professionals, the branch plans to offer specialized services such as customized portfolio management, exclusive products, tailored seminars, and additional consulting through various experts.

The space design also differentiates itself from existing branches. The interior was inspired by the motifs of 'waves' and 'ripples,' symbolizing the creation of new paths and the pursuit of greater depth and breadth. In addition, a social lounge has been created for clients to relax, along with independent consultation spaces to ensure privacy.

The Sage Family Office is part of the PWM (Private Wealth Management) division, which is responsible for asset management business targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals. It is expected to generate synergy through close collaboration with consulting and marketing teams.

The Sage Family Office is led by Branch Manager Jang Uiseong, an expert in VIP client management at Mirae Asset Securities. Drawing on his experience of growing Banpo Station WM to over 700 billion KRW in assets within three years of its establishment, he plans to provide high-level asset management services focused on global asset allocation. Jang stated, "Based on Mirae Asset Securities' global wealth management capabilities, The Sage Family Office will contribute to the successful asset management and comfortable retirement of its clients," adding, "We will deliver a new level of inspiration to our VIP clients."

The existing VIP management branches, WM Gangnam Finance Center and WM Center One, will be renamed The Sage Gangnam Finance Center and The Sage Center One, respectively. As a result, Mirae Asset Securities' VIP-focused branches will be branded and operated under the unified name 'The Sage.'
