Gwangju Employers Federation and Jungjangnyeon Naeil Center Join Hands with Dahoo to Boost Middle-Aged Employment

The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on May 19, 2025, that the Jungjangnyeon Naeil Center recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dahoo Co., Ltd. to promote employment among middle-aged and older adults.


Dahoo Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in automobile parts manufacturing and comprehensive building management services. Under this agreement, when hiring individuals aged 40 or older, the company will disclose job openings through the Jungjangnyeon Naeil Center. In turn, the Center will provide tailored job placement services that match qualified middle-aged job seekers to these positions. Both the company and the institution have agreed to work together to invigorate employment opportunities for middle-aged and older adults in the local community.


Following the signing ceremony, a meeting was held with company representatives and employees to listen to challenges related to hiring middle-aged workers. The company decided to make active use of the Jungjangnyeon Center's support and networking in order to recruit experienced middle-aged employees.


The Jungjangnyeon Naeil Center is a specialized institution that operates job placement and training programs for individuals aged 40 and above. It is located within the Gwangju Employment Welfare+ Center and the Gwangju Gwangsan Employment Welfare+ Center. Those in need of dedicated services for middle-aged job seekers can visit the center or receive consultation by phone.


Yang Jinseok, Chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, stated, "Through this agreement, I hope that many customized jobs will be created and that companies will be able to access a diverse range of services tailored to their needs."
