Strategic Investment and Partnership Agreement
Shinhan Investment Corp. announced on the 19th that it has completed a strategic equity investment in FireAnt, Vietnam's leading securities platform company, and has officially begun local collaboration.
This investment was executed directly by Shinhan Investment Corp., while its Vietnamese subsidiary, Shinhan Securities Vietnam (SSV), will be responsible for the actual business operations.
FireAnt is the largest securities information community platform in Vietnam, with over 1.3 million monthly active users (MAU). By combining AI-based investment information, stock analysis, and user-centric community features, FireAnt is often referred to as the "community-style Bloomberg" of Vietnam and is regarded as having significant market influence.
Shinhan Investment Corp. plans to actively pursue collaboration with FireAnt through SSV. The two companies intend to connect their platforms to expand customer acquisition, innovate user experience, and collaborate on technology, thereby enhancing digital competitiveness in the Vietnamese retail market.

Through this partnership, SSV plans to sequentially launch various projects, including platform feature integration, joint marketing, and planning of AI-based investment services, thereby expanding the digital strategy of the Shinhan Financial Group.
