Kiwoom Securities Launches "Our Child, Save More US Stocks" Event for Minors

This event has been organized to support children in gaining experience with the global financial market and investing. The "Stock Saving" service allows users to automatically purchase US stocks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis starting from as little as 2,000 KRW. The main advantage of the service is that both the stock purchase fee and the currency exchange fee are fully waived, allowing users to accumulate US stocks regularly without worrying about fees.
When minors apply for the event, they will receive a coupon worth 10,000 KRW that can be used for installment orders of US stocks. In addition, new account holders this year will receive an extra set of coupons worth a total of 90,000 KRW, while customers who opened their accounts before 2025 will receive additional service coupons worth a total of 20,000 KRW.
Kiwoom Securities has ranked first in overseas stock trading volume for four consecutive years (2021?2024, based on Financial Supervisory Service electronic disclosures). The company offers a variety of benefits, including three months of free US stock trading fees, a 95% preferential USD exchange rate, and an additional 10,000 KRW "Save More" coupon for sharing the event with friends 10 times.
Details and event applications can be found on the official Kiwoom Securities website and the mobile app (HeroS#). A Kiwoom Securities representative stated, "The significance of this event lies in providing both proper investment education and wealth management opportunities for children," adding, "We hope this will be an opportunity for parents and children to discuss investing together as they steadily invest in the global market."
