Daily Limited Quantity Sale of Popular Products on a First-Come, First-Served Basis
On May 19, Kakao announced that it is launching a new "Gifts for Me" tab within the KakaoTalk Gift service.
According to Kakao, the "Gifts for Me" feature was created to reflect evolving lifestyles and a consumption trend centered on personal preferences. It suggests personalized gifts tailored to users’ tastes, expanding the space for users to explore and select meaningful gifts for themselves.
Within the "Gifts for Me" tab, major popular products are sold daily in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. Key products include: ▲ KBO X Chunsik Keyring & Air Freshener Set (Kakao Friends) ▲ Conrad Zest Buffet voucher with the purchase of a Haagen-Dazs cake ▲ Lip Butter & Lip Glow Duo and Hair Clip Set (Christian Dior Beauty Korea) ▲ Noonsaram8 1+1 Package (Ilgwang Jeongu) ▲ Adidas exclusive satin small shoulder bag for gifting, among others.
In particular, the Haagen-Dazs X Conrad package offers a buffet voucher worth approximately 180,000 KRW with the purchase of a cake priced around 40,000 KRW, and a total of 100 packages will be released sequentially in three rounds.
The "Gifts for Me Ranking" feature is also provided, allowing users to check real-time purchase trends of other users. In addition, exclusive discount coupons for "Gifts for Me" are available (2,000 KRW off purchases over 20,000 KRW, 7,000 KRW off purchases over 70,000 KRW).
