Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 23 social economy organizations and social venture companies to move into the 'Gyeonggi Social Innovation Space' until June 13.
The Social Innovation Space, created by remodeling the former Annex 2 of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government, will open in October with a total floor area of 8,120 square meters, spanning two basement floors and eight above-ground floors. The available office spaces for tenants are located on the 3rd to 5th floors, with individual office sizes ranging from 24.8 to 125.8 square meters.
It is also possible for two or more companies to jointly apply for one office space. Of the total, 16 spaces are allocated to social economy organizations and 7 to social venture companies.
The rent is set at 5,000 won per month per 3.3 square meters. Companies selected through an evaluation of their social value creation, business feasibility and execution capability, and space utilization plans will be able to occupy the space for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to five years based on annual evaluations.
