Daegu City announced on May 19 that it is recruiting young job seekers who wish to participate in the Megagen Implant company visit, which will be held on June 19, as part of efforts to help local youth explore career paths and boost employment.
This company visit is being organized as part of the 'Daegu Youth Customized Employment Support Service Project,' and will feature a variety of programs for local unemployed young job seekers.
Megagen Implant Co., Ltd., established in 2002, is a leading dental implant specialist company in South Korea. Its headquarters and factory are located in Dalseong-gun, Daegu. In 2018, it was selected as an employment-friendly company and is considered one of the most preferred companies among young people in the Daegu region.
In 2024, the company recorded sales of 304.7 billion KRW and currently employs about 700 staff members.
In addition, Megagen Implant plans to invest a total of 10.7 billion KRW to build an advanced digital center in the Seongseo 5th Industrial Complex, and this is expected to create new high-quality jobs favored by young people.
The Megagen Implant company visit will select 30 participants and take place on June 19. Applications can be submitted through the Daegu Job Portal from May 20 to June 17.
The company visit will include a tour of the Megagen Implant headquarters and a talk concert with the HR manager.
Park Kihwan, Director of Economic Affairs at Daegu City, stated, "This company visit is an opportunity to directly experience the innovative technology and corporate culture of Megagen Implant, a leading implant specialist company in South Korea." He added, "Participants are expected to gain practical employment information and a deeper understanding of the company through the talk concert with the HR manager and the company tour."
