This year, in addition to Korea & Company, the group’s holding company, and Hankook Tire & Technology, employees from Halla On Systems, which joined the group earlier this year, participated for the first time, expanding the scale and impact of the activity. Since 2022, Korea & Company has held mural painting volunteer activities every year, divided into the first and second half of the year, and has gifted murals to 11 schools and social welfare institutions in the Seoul metropolitan area, Daejeon, and other regions.
In particular, the mural designs are planned through collaboration between domestic non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and art experts. This year, the theme was children in urban areas experiencing nature, with the intention of stimulating children's emotions and curiosity.
A group representative stated, "It was a meaningful opportunity to fill school walls with vibrant paintings together with our families and contribute to the local community," and added, "We will continue activities that can deliver positive energy throughout the community."
