Seminar Held as a Side Event of 'Artificial Intelligence Expo Korea 2025'
Exploring Growth Strategies and Industrial Innovation in the AI Convergence Era

The Korea IT Women Entrepreneurs Association held a seminar on the morning of the 16th at COEX in Seoul as a side event of 'Artificial Intelligence Expo Korea 2025', seeking ways to secure competitiveness through convergence in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). This seminar by the Korea IT Women Entrepreneurs Association was attended by approximately 300 participants and featured discussions on strategies for growth for individuals, companies, and society in the AI convergence environment, as well as sharing cases of industrial innovation.
The seminar, which lasted about five hours, invited experts in AI convergence, including Ji Yonggu, Vice President of Douzone Bizon; Park Jongcheon, Advisor at Next Intelligence.AI; Kim Gwangjip, CEO of Studio Metakay; Lee Junghak, Professor at Gachon University; and Choi Jihee, Manager at Kakao, as speakers. They discussed various challenges and directions that our society faces in the era of AI convergence.
Ji Yonggu, Vice President of Douzone Bizon, delivered a presentation on "Corporate Growth and Securing Global Competitiveness Through AI Innovation," introducing strategies for AI adoption by industry based on domestic and international cases. Park Jongcheon, Advisor at Next Intelligence.AI, a domestic AI solutions company, spoke on "Work Innovation and Transformation Strategies Through Large Language Models in the AI Era," presenting productivity improvement cases from the introduction of generative AI-based automation tools and suggesting directions for corporate growth through AI convergence.
Kim Gwangjip, CEO of Studio Metakay, which produces AI-based content intellectual property (IP), gave a lecture titled "Changes and New Opportunities in the Content Industry Created by AI and Virtual Humans," introducing changes in future content production and distribution methods. Lee Junghak, Professor at Gachon University, spoke on "The Future of Work in the AI Era as Told by Data," introducing how future jobs will change with AI adoption and the new work paradigms that will be formed as a result.
Lastly, Choi Jihee, Manager at Kakao, presented on "Kakao's Efforts for Responsible AI Innovation," proposing policies and technical measures for establishing an AI governance system to secure social trust and building transparent AI systems.
Kim Deokjae, President of the Korea IT Women Entrepreneurs Association, stated, "With the advent of AI convergence, a new direction for growth has become necessary." He added, "I hope this seminar will be a valuable opportunity to find new directions for growth and development engines for the continued growth of the ICT sector."
