Dongshin University Career Plus Center announced on May 16 that it had held the "2025 Academic Year Visiting Mobile Counseling Center" for current students, graduates, and local youth.
The event, which took place on May 13 in the square in front of the Central Library, featured the participation of a total of 12 organizations, including the Dongshin University Work-Study Dual System Joint Training Center, Student Counseling Center, Naju City Employment Support Center, Naju Women's New Employment Center, Regional Employment Policy Research Institute, and Naju Mental Health Welfare Center.
The Career Plus Center provided information on various employment support services, such as career and job counseling and specialized programs for graduates. Participating organizations gave detailed explanations of practical support systems that help students prepare for employment, including the National Employment Support Program and the Youth Challenge Support Project.
Additionally, on-site activities included stress index measurement tests, major-specific consulting, herb tree making, and a free coffee truck?small events designed to help students relieve psychological and employment-related stress.
An Minju, head of the Dongshin University Career Plus Center, said, "I hope this event was helpful to local youth seeking employment," and added, "We will continue to operate practical programs in collaboration with various local organizations so that young people in the region who wish to find employment can easily access the university's career center without burden."
