Goryeong County to Publicly Recruit Seven Executives for Goryeong Culture and Tourism Foundation

Recruitment of Seven Executives Including CEO, Part-Time Directors, and Auditor

Goryeong County (Governor Lee Namcheol) is publicly recruiting executives for the Goryeong Culture and Tourism Foundation in order to systematically utilize the region's historical and tourism resources.

This open recruitment will take place from May 16 to May 31, targeting a total of seven positions: one full-time CEO, five part-time directors, and one part-time auditor. The term of office is two years, and reappointment is possible.

The public recruitment of executives has been arranged to ensure fairness, expertise, and transparency in the foundation's operations. To this end, the 'Executive Recommendation Committee,' consisting of seven external experts recommended by both Goryeong County and the Goryeong County Council, held its first meeting on May 8 to review and approve the open recruitment plan and evaluation criteria.

The CEO will be responsible for the overall management of the foundation, including personnel, finance, and project management. The part-time directors will participate in the board of directors to review and approve key policies. The part-time auditor will be responsible for auditing the foundation's accounting and overall asset management.

Applicants must possess expertise and management capabilities in relevant fields such as culture and the arts, tourism, and festivals.
