Pursuing Comprehensive Collaboration Including LLM Chatbot Development
Eduwill announced on the 16th that it is partnering with the integrated digital agency Frameout to pursue digital innovation based on artificial intelligence (AI).
The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at Eduwill’s headquarters in Guro-gu, Seoul, on the 15th. They agreed to introduce Frameout’s AI brand experience solutions across Eduwill’s content planning and production, customer communication, and overall brand design. The signing ceremony was attended by key officials, including Yang Hyungnam, CEO of Eduwill, and Roh Haeyoung, CEO of Frameout.

Specifically, the companies will cooperate in several areas: building chatbots based on large language models (LLM) and developing consultation user interfaces (UI); adopting AI image generation technology; establishing systems for automatic content page creation and distribution; and jointly developing and testing new technologies. Eduwill plans to apply AI across all aspects of its platform?from educational content production to customer response and brand design?to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

He added, "Through synergy with Frameout, we will innovate the learning experience and simultaneously improve both internal work efficiency and customer satisfaction."
