Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 16th that it has decided to apply its residential service application 'My Hills' to apartment complexes that have already been occupied. The platform, which was launched in December 2024, is an app that allows users to view sales and contract information, control indoor devices, reserve shared facilities, request after-sales service, manage vehicles and visitors, and check energy usage. Previously, the app was supplied only to new complexes, but the company has decided to expand its application to existing ones. The first complex to adopt the app will be Hillstate Indeogwon Station Vertex. The company plans to prioritize complexes that request the service and then gradually expand it to include Hyundai Apartments, Hyundai Hometown, consortium complexes, and other apartment complexes where Hyundai Engineering & Construction has served as the main contractor.
