Noru Paint and Kumho Construction Collaborate on Apartment Color Design Consulting

On May 16, Noru Paint announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kumho Construction for the systematic management of apartment color design.

This agreement forms a strategic partnership aimed at securing expertise and sustainability in all aspects of color design for apartment exteriors. Based on mutual trust, the two companies plan to establish a system to maintain consistency and quality in color design for complexes featuring Kumho Construction’s new residential brand, ARTERA. They also intend to enhance design completeness through systematic management and consulting services.

Noru Paint will provide Kumho Construction with professional resources on color design and related paints, and will offer comprehensive development consulting to ensure the effective operation of the apartment color maintenance and management system. The two companies will share information related to color design and, based on this, will develop design guidelines tailored to the characteristics of each complex and the needs of residents. Within the scope of the agreement, they also plan to pursue joint promotional and marketing activities through mutual consultation.
