Job Fair to Be Held at Yongin Mir Stadium on May 21

50 Companies to Hire 270 Job Seekers

Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on May 16 that it will hold a job fair at the deck plaza of Yongin Mir Stadium in Samga-dong, Cheoin-gu, on May 21. This is the first job fair organized by the city this year.

A total of 50 companies will participate in the fair, planning to hire 270 people. Forty companies will conduct on-site interviews, while ten companies will conduct remote interviews.

Semiconductor manufacturing companies such as FNS Co., Ltd. and UB Materials Co., Ltd. will be recruiting for equipment manufacturing and production positions. MITMAS Co., Ltd., an IT equipment maintenance company, will be hiring for positions such as IT asset and PC setup, shipping, and delivery management. IKEA Korea, COCO Co., Ltd., Hoonid Co., Ltd., Jeil Health Science, and Mirae Development Co., Ltd. will also be recruiting for service positions, production roles, group catering chefs, medical assistants, and golf course maintenance staff.

Ten companies, including GST Co., Ltd. and Areumdawoon Home Care Center, will conduct interviews remotely using kiosks.

The event venue will also feature a "Job Mentoring Zone" for young job seekers. Current and former professionals from eight fields?sales management, IT development and data, construction and public enterprises, entertainment, distribution and logistics, business support and HR, semiconductors, marketing, and public relations?will provide small-group lectures to help participants prepare for employment in each job category. Various booths will be available, including resume photo services, AI interview consulting, career aptitude tests, and job interest assessments. In addition, a local food direct market selling regional agricultural products and specialties will be operated.
