[Tomorrow's Weather] Afternoon Showers in Central Regions... Daytime Highs 20-26 Degrees

On Friday, the 16th, the entire country is expected to be mostly cloudy with rain.

Heavy rain is forecasted to fall mainly in the southern regions and continue until the following day, while in the central regions, showers are expected in some areas between the afternoon and evening.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs are expected to be between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius. Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels across all regions.

However, in Seoul, Incheon, and northern Gyeonggi, the fine dust level is expected to temporarily reach the 'bad' category during the early morning hours.

The expected precipitation for the 16th and 17th is as follows: 30 to 80 millimeters in the southern coast of Jeollanam-do (with some areas exceeding 100 millimeters), Busan, Ulsan, the southern coast of Gyeongsangnam-do, the southwestern inland of Gyeongsangnam-do (with some areas in the southern coast of Gyeongsangnam-do and near Jirisan exceeding 100 millimeters), and Jeju Island (excluding the northern part, with more than 150 millimeters in the southern mid-mountain and mountainous areas); 20 to 50 millimeters in inland Gyeongsangnam-do (excluding the southwestern inland); 10 to 40 millimeters in northern Jeju Island; 5 to 30 millimeters in Chungcheong region, Daegu, and Gyeongsangbuk-do; and less than 5 millimeters in the Seoul metropolitan area and southern inland Gangwon.

Wave heights at sea are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. In the offshore areas (within approximately 200 kilometers from the coastline), waves are expected to reach 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea.

Strong gusts, thunder, and lightning are expected, especially in the West Sea, South Sea, and Jeju Island waters, so special attention should be paid to maritime safety accidents.
