Achievements at the CLIO Awards and Montreux Advertising Festival
On May 15, Sunmoon University announced that its Department of Design received awards in a total of eight categories at two of the world's top three advertising festivals: the CLIO Awards and the Montreux Awards in Switzerland, winning two golds, two bronzes, and four main prizes.
Kim Minhyeok, a student majoring in Visual Design, was selected for two golds, two bronzes, and three shortlist mentions with the advertising content "IKEA Craft," which focuses on creating family memories.
This work is a creative piece that allows families to build precious memories together through the experience of assembling IKEA furniture.
Professor Lee Junho was shortlisted with the CPR education content "Safetify."
This idea, which utilizes Spotify music tracks to match CPR rhythms, was recognized for its practical approach to emergency response in critical situations.
Professor Lee Junho stated, "Our systematic curriculum and practice-oriented guidance from the faculty have led to these achievements on the international stage," adding, "We will continue to strive for outstanding results in the field of video content."
