The campaign is being promoted to change public perceptions regarding the low birth rate issue.

The Federation is supporting employees in alleviating childcare burdens by creating a flexible work environment and offering various forms of assistance.

The Federation operates a paid parental leave system, supports reduced working hours and flexible commuting schedules during the childcare period, and provides childcare leave for employees on their children's school entrance, graduation, and other event days.

Chairman Oh emphasized that the low birth rate issue is "a challenge that our entire society must contemplate and address together."

He stated, "I hope that more companies and organizations will adopt family-friendly policies and join efforts to overcome the low birth rate and build a healthy society."

Chairman Oh nominated Kim Daeung, CEO of Welcome Savings Bank, and Lee Hyun, Vice Chairman of Kiwoom Securities, as the next participants in the campaign.
