NH NongHyup Bank President Kang Taeyoung Holds Communication Meeting with IT Staff

Kang Taeyoung, President of NH NongHyup Bank, announced on May 15 that he had held a 'With CEO' session, a forum for dialogue with employees, at the president's office.

This event is being held to promote a horizontal organizational culture and took the form of a communication meeting with IT staff who are working to implement the 'AI Code Assistant' in order to apply generative AI to actual business operations.

Last month, NongHyup Bank established the 'AI Code Assistant' environment and has been allowing interested employees to use it in their work. The bank plans to expand its use to all development tasks within the year, based on feedback and effectiveness analysis from participating employees.

President Kang stated, "We are entering an era where AI can code directly, enabling both support for employees' work and enhancement of the customer experience. We will actively support NH NongHyup Bank in leading digital innovation."
