This event will feature 80 small and medium-sized enterprises with technological strength and stability, including Coway Co., Cymics Co., and Neontech Co. Among them, 50 companies will conduct on-site interviews for direct recruitment, while 30 companies will participate through online recruitment methods.

In particular, customized employment support programs will be provided for all generations, including youth, middle-aged individuals, women with career experience, and veterans, aiming to meet the diverse needs of job seekers.

Those wishing to participate can pre-register through the official website starting May 19, and walk-in participation will also be available on the day of the event. By registering their resume and applying for interviews, participants will have the opportunity for one-on-one on-site interviews. For companies participating online, applications can be submitted through the website.

In addition to the recruitment hall, the venue will also feature a promotion hall, employment support hall, and special event hall. Experiential programs such as aromatherapy mind consulting and employment tarot will be offered as side events, helping job seekers regain confidence and prepare effectively for employment.

Furthermore, expert consultations will be available on recent recruitment trends, career changes, entrepreneurship, and financial planning. Major organizations such as the Korea Industrial Technology Association, Korea Student Aid Foundation, Korea Federation of Mid-sized Enterprises, and Korea Federation of SMEs will co-host and participate in the event.

Hanam City's representative youth policy platform, the Youth Support Center, along with the Women's Career Connection Center, Hanam Welfare Center for the Disabled, and Senior Employment Support Center, will also participate to provide tailored consultations for different demographic groups.

The opening ceremony of the fair will begin at 10 a.m., with Mayor Lee Hyunjae of Hanam City, the president of IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, and approximately 40 key figures from politics and business in attendance.

Mayor Lee Hyunjae stated, "Jobs are the core foundation that determines the quality of life for citizens and are at the center of local economic vitality," adding, "I hope this fair will serve as a solid stepping stone for job seekers and a point of connection for companies to meet talent."

He further emphasized, "We will continue to pursue employment policies for everyone, ensuring that no one is left in the employment blind spots."
