This program is an annual initiative by the city that aims to provide concrete information about students' desired career fields through meetings with professionals, and to broaden students' realistic understanding of the world of work.

This year, mentors from 60 different occupations across 8 fields will participate, targeting 25 middle and high schools in the city that have applied. Professionals currently working in fields such as semiconductor process engineering, landscape architecture, and rehabilitation exercise will serve as mentors, providing a wide range of practical information about related academic majors, necessary certifications, and career prospects.

A city official stated, "We will continue to discover mentors in various fields to expand students' career exploration opportunities and provide systematic support for their career planning."
