He also visited key infrastructure operation sites of the National Information Resources Service, including the integrated control room that oversees and monitors business systems and the national information and communications network related to election affairs.

To ensure stable support for this presidential election, the Ministry is operating the Digital Government Service Situation Management Team and is strengthening its response to failures and cyber threats (such as web hacking and DDoS attacks) targeting major information systems.

The Situation Management Team inspected and addressed security vulnerabilities in a total of 229 city, county, and district websites during the first electoral roll inspection period (May 11 to May 13), and plans to continue thorough management to prevent any disruptions to related systems.

Acting Minister Kogi Dong stated, "We must do our utmost to ensure the stability of major election-related information systems so that citizens can vote with confidence," and added, "We will thoroughly prepare to respond swiftly to any situation that may arise during the election period, maintain the stability of system operations until the end, and ensure the election proceeds without any setbacks."
