Chosun University Museum of Art Holds Special Exhibition "Reconfiguration of the Campus"

Chosun University Museum of Art Holds Special Exhibition "Reconfiguration of the Campus" Poster for the Reconfiguration of the Expansion of Perspective Campus.

Chosun University Museum of Art announced on May 14 that it will hold the special exhibition "Expansion of Perspective; Reconfiguration of the Campus" until May 30.

This exhibition features the participation of 56 students from the College of Fine Arts at Chosun University, aiming to artistically reinterpret the Chosun University campus. Around 40 works will be showcased, utilizing various media such as painting, sculpture, and media art.

In particular, the exhibition is organized around three sections: Perspective, Expansion, and Reconfiguration. Through advanced or convergent creative processes based on each major, the exhibition reconstructs iconic campus landscapes or reinterprets hidden spaces of daily life using the language of art and form.

The participating students have reinterpreted spaces based on their own perspectives, and their works go beyond simple spatial representation to convey emotional messages that reflect both changes of the times and the flow of contemporary art. Visitors can experience both emotional resonance and visual sensitivity through these works.

Cho Yoonseong, Director of Chosun University Museum of Art, stated, "I hope this exhibition will serve as an opportunity to deepen affection and pride for Chosun University," and added, "The museum will continue to support the discovery and growth of young artists in the future."
