Eastar Jet Opens Cabin Crew Recruitment... Applications Accepted Until May 25

"Proactive Recruitment Ahead of Aircraft Introduction and Route Expansion in the Second Half of the Year"

Eastar Jet announced on May 13 that it will conduct its second round of open recruitment for cabin crew members this year.

The eligibility requirements are as follows: corrected vision of 1.0 or higher; a TOEIC score of 670 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking IM3 or higher, or OPIC IM2 or higher; applicants must be graduates or expected to graduate by August this year; for male applicants, completion or exemption of military service is required; and there must be no disqualifying reasons for overseas travel. Applicants with strong proficiency in foreign languages such as Japanese, Chinese, or Russian will be given preference. In particular, those who majored in nursing, hold relevant certifications, or have experience as professional soldiers may receive additional points.

This recruitment process will apply the newly revamped hiring system that Eastar Jet introduced in March, which includes a physical fitness test and a situational response interview. The hiring steps are: document screening, situational response interview, physical fitness test, executive interview, and a medical examination. The number of positions to be filled is 00.

Final candidates will join the company as intern cabin crew members in July. Applications can be submitted through the Eastar Jet recruitment website until May 25.
