The vehicle driven by A was left in front of the 119 Safety Center for about three hours, resulting in delays for two fire dispatches. The fire authorities attempted to contact A but were unable to reach him. Eventually, at around 2:50 a.m. the following day, a tow truck was called to remove A’s vehicle. Subsequently, A appeared before the police and admitted, "I drove after drinking," and explained, "I have debts, and in the past, I had a fight over vehicle noise. Someone was chasing me, so I got scared and left my car in front of the 119 Safety Center."

Upon investigating the vehicle that chased A, the police found that the driver was a YouTuber who was following a vehicle suspected of drunk driving. It was reported that after A abandoned his car and disappeared at the 119 Safety Center, the YouTuber called the police, stating, "A person who seemed to be drunk parked in a way that blocked the fire dispatch and then disappeared." The police plan to determine A’s blood alcohol concentration at the time of driving using the Widmark formula, taking into account the time that had passed since he drank. The Widmark formula is a method of retroactively estimating the blood alcohol concentration at the time of driving by calculating the type and amount of alcohol consumed, body weight, and other factors after a certain period has elapsed since drinking. A police official stated, "The first round of questioning for A has been completed," and added, "It will take some time before we know A’s blood alcohol concentration."
