On May 12, Hyungji I&C announced that its integrated online mall, "Hy-zin.com," will be holding a large-scale promotion to celebrate its second anniversary.
Hyungji I&C launched its integrated online mall, "Hy-zin.com," in May 2023. "Hy-zin.com" is an integrated online mall that sells Hyungji I&C’s menswear brands "BON" and "YEZAC," as well as the womenswear brand "Carries Note." After achieving e-commerce sales of 2 billion KRW within one year of its launch last year, "Hy-zin.com" is now targeting e-commerce sales of 4 billion KRW for this year.
In particular, Hyungji I&C operates an integrated on-offline membership system, allowing customers to shop according to their needs without boundaries between online and offline channels.
Generally, brand-owned online malls have the advantage of reducing costs by eliminating open market or platform entry fees and commissions. They can also secure loyal customers by offering style suggestions tailored to customer preferences. Additionally, by efficiently selling carryover products, these malls can provide customers with reasonable consumption options, and the convenience of shopping from home is driving rapid growth.
According to data released by the Korea Federation of Textile Industries, the size of the domestic fashion market in 2021 was 43.3 trillion KRW, with online transactions accounting for 16.6 trillion KRW, representing about 39% of the total market.
To commemorate the second anniversary of "Hy-zin.com," Hyungji I&C will hold a customer appreciation promotion called "H2ZIN FESTA" for 19 days until May 30. The company explained that this promotion focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by offering practical benefits, including rewards for strategic products on the online mall, various discount coupons, mileage accumulation, review events, and customer grade upgrades.
A company representative stated, "We have prepared a variety of benefits by product type and price range, with special offers ranging from a minimum of 20,000 KRW to a maximum of 200,000 KRW. Popular product categories are available in 1+1 two-pack set packages for more practical consumption. In addition, we are holding a photo review contest as a customer participation event, where one first-place winner will receive 200,000 points, three second-place winners will each receive 100,000 points, and ten third-place winners will each receive 50,000 points."
The company added that through this second anniversary promotion, it aims to strengthen the bond between the brand and its customers while continuously expanding customer-centered benefits by providing a rational and practical shopping environment.
