In addition, the city, together with the Facilities Corporation and the NC team, formed a joint response team and completely removed all 309 louvers installed in the baseball stadium and the steel-frame parking lot, including the louver at the incident site. The city also completed all measures related to additional investigations of the underside of the stands and the rooftop steel structures, which were requested by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as supplementary actions.

The city plans to focus its efforts on a prompt reopening. First, any additional supplementary measures required by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s second emergency safety inspection will be implemented immediately this weekend. As all facility maintenance for reopening is expected to be completed by May 18, the city will immediately begin discussions on reopening to prevent further inconvenience to citizens and the NC team.

The city also expressed its commitment to creating a safe viewing environment. Changwon City, the Facilities Corporation, and the NC organization will establish a close cooperation system to clarify the scope of facility management responsibilities. They will also develop inspection manuals and introduce a citizen safety advisory group to strengthen monitoring of safety incidents. In particular, a detailed safety diagnosis will be conducted between May and June using reserve funds.

Sungmin Lee, Director of the Culture Tourism and Sports Bureau, stated, "We will prioritize the safety of spectators and strengthen the collaborative system among Changwon City, the Facilities Corporation, and the NC organization to create a safe viewing environment and ensure a swift reopening."
