Current CEO Changwon Jeon Voluntarily Resigns for Personal Reasons
Binggrae announced on May 9 that Kwangsoo Kim, the current CEO of Jetae, has been nominated as the new CEO.
Binggrae explained that the appointment was made because the current CEO, Changwon Jeon, recently expressed his intention to voluntarily resign for personal reasons.
Kwangsoo Kim, the incoming CEO of Binggrae, joined Binggrae in 1985 and has served as CEO of the logistics company Jetae since 2015.
Kim is expected to officially take office in June following an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting and a board meeting at Binggrae.
