Daewoo Construction opened the model house for Dongtan Forepark Nature and Prugio on May 9. The complex is located at Block A76-2 in Dongtan 2 New Town, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 17 buildings with 1,524 units, ranging from two basement levels to 25 above-ground floors. Of these, 1,121 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters are offered as public sale, while 403 units with exclusive areas of 97 and 142 square meters are provided as private sale.
This is a public sale project with private participation, subject to the price ceiling system. The sale price is 17.64 million won per 3.3 square meters. Special supply applications will be accepted on May 19, and first and second priority applications will be accepted from May 20 to 21. Winners will be announced on May 28. Of the public sale units, about 838 units?approximately 75% of the total?are allocated for special supply. Eligible applicants include newborns, first-time homebuyers, and newlyweds. For the private sale units, any resident of Hwaseong or the greater Seoul metropolitan area who is at least 19 years old and has held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months as of the announcement date can apply for first priority, regardless of existing home ownership or head of household status. All private sale units exceeding 85 square meters in exclusive area will be allocated by lottery.
Dongtan 2 New Town, where the complex is located, is well equipped with metropolitan transportation such as the GTX (Great Train Express) and high-speed rail. In 2028, a tram station will be established in front of the complex. Shopping malls, hospitals, private academies, and other lifestyle amenities are nearby, and elementary, middle, and high schools are concentrated in the area. The exterior of the apartments will feature a curtain wall look and a four-bay flat-plate design. Shared facilities for residents will include a fitness center, sky lounge, senior citizens' lounge, and guesthouse. Parking will be provided at a ratio of 1.5 spaces per household. The model house is located in Yeongcheon-dong, Hwaseong.
