This product comes in a 650g package. The kimchi is cut into bite-sized pieces and sealed for convenient consumption. It is designed for easy storage in the refrigerator without odor concerns, keeping it neat and fresh.
Sangha Farm uses domestically sourced agricultural ingredients, including chili powder exposed to sea breeze, Gochang Haeri solar salt, and Korean cabbage. The product features a special broth made from anchovies, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms, as well as a secret recipe that combines plum extract and three types of salted seafood. Production takes place at Sangha Farm's own fermentation workshop, which is certified under the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) food safety management standard. Notably, the product utilizes a "breathable fermentation valve package" that effectively releases gases generated during fermentation, preventing over-fermentation and helping to maintain the kimchi's flavor and freshness for an extended period.
The new product is available at the Sangha Farm Farmers Market and the company's official online store. It is also served as part of kimchi dishes at the Sangha Farm restaurant located in Gochang, Jeonbuk.
