POSCO E&C Consortium to Open 'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' Model House on May 9

- 3 basement levels to 35 above-ground floors, 17 buildings, 2,601 total units, with 636 units for general sale

The POSCO E&C consortium is launching the model house for 'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' on Friday, May 9, officially starting the sales process. This complex, supplied through the Wondang District 1 Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project, consists of 17 buildings with a total of 2,601 units, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 35 above-ground floors. Of these, 636 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 74 square meters will be offered for general sale.

The number of general sale units by exclusive area is as follows: 52 units of 39m², 108 units of 46m², 389 units of 59m²A, 86 units of 59m²B, and 1 unit of 74m²B. Notably, the 59m² type, which has recently become popular among younger buyers, accounts for approximately 75% of the general sale supply.

Units of 39m² to 46m², suitable for one- to two-person households, will also be available. While small-sized units are often found in standalone complexes, 'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' is a large-scale development with 2,601 households.

All units are primarily south-facing, ensuring excellent natural lighting, and feature specialized designs with enhanced storage functionality. Some units adopt a three-bay plate-type layout, providing a comfortable indoor environment with cross-ventilation. Each unit type is designed to match its unique characteristics, and the efficient use of space has also been highly rated.

The complex will be equipped with sports facilities such as a fitness center, indoor screen golf range, and sauna. Family-centered educational community spaces, including a private study, book cafe, and kids' room, are also planned. Additional amenities such as a coin laundry, daycare center, and senior citizens' lounge are included. The location, which promises high future value, is another major advantage. In particular, the expansion of transportation infrastructure is expected to further enhance its future value. The GTX-A (Greater Metropolitan Express Railway) line, centered around Daegok Station near the complex, began full operation in December 2024, dramatically improving accessibility to Seoul.

In addition, the area benefits from the reopening of the Gyoe Line. Wonnung Station on the Gyoe Line, which resumed operations in January this year, is within walking distance, allowing residents to reach Daegok Station (serving GTX-A, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Seoul Subway Line 3, and Seohae Line) in just one stop. Meanwhile, the subscription schedule for 'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' begins with special supply applications on Monday, May 12, followed by first-priority applications on Tuesday, May 13, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, May 14. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 20, and the official contract signing period will take place over three days from Sunday, June 8 to Tuesday, June 10.
