The Department of Public Talent and Legal Studies at Chosun University College of Law and Social Sciences announced on May 8 that it recently held the scholarship award ceremony for the first semester of the 2025 academic year.
The scholarships awarded at the ceremony were the "Homin Scholarship," established through a development fund donated by Jeon Ho-jong, Honorary Professor and the 14th President of Chosun University, and Dr. Lee Minjeon, an alumnus of the College of Medicine and Director of Minjeon Obstetrics and Gynecology.
During the ceremony, a total of 4 million won was awarded to eight outstanding students, with each student receiving a scholarship certificate and 500,000 won.
Meanwhile, the Department of Public Talent and Legal Studies at Chosun University offers career-tailored legal education reflecting the demand for careers in public service and the legal profession, and is cultivating public talent and legal experts to become leaders in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
