The event began with the entrance ceremony of 11 towns and townships, followed by a commemorative ceremony, the reading of the Citizens' Charter, and the Citizen Award ceremony. Subsequent sports events and talent shows created a lively atmosphere where all generations could laugh and enjoy together.
This year's event was also a meaningful occasion that inspired pride in being a Gokseong citizen, not only through the talent show and sports events but also by honoring residents who have contributed to the community and highlighting key figures who have led the development of county administration.
The recipients of the Citizen Award were as follows: Kim Kihun from Okwa-myeon in the Education, Culture, and Sports category; Lim Jongkwon from Godal-myeon in the Regional Development and Economy category; Ryu Geunchun from Jugok-myeon and Ahn Taeseong from Ogok-myeon in the Social Welfare and Filial Piety category; and Cho Sinik from Moksadong-myeon in the Agriculture and Environment category.

Starting at 1 p.m., the citizens' talent show took place with participation from all 11 towns and townships. Various talents such as singing and dancing were showcased on stage, and performances by guest singers and artists from Gokseong further enhanced the atmosphere. The top towns and townships in the talent show were selected by a panel of professional judges. The grand prize went to Jang Eunkyung from Ogok-myeon, the top excellence award to Park Sangeon from Osan-myeon, the excellence award to Noh Woosik from Godal-myeon, and the popularity award to Lee Eunkang from Samgi-myeon, along with a nine-member line dance team.
