Seoul Semiconductor, a global opto-semiconductor specialist, announced on May 7 that it will participate in "LFI 2025," the largest lighting exhibition in the United States, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center through May 8.
At this exhibition, Seoul Semiconductor plans to showcase LED technologies it has developed for the first time in the world, including SunLike, WICOP, and Acrich. SunLike reproduces the natural light spectrum, contributing to eye health and improved sleep quality. WICOP is an ultra-compact, highly reliable LED technology implemented without wires, providing both durability and energy efficiency. Acrich is a high-voltage LED that can be connected directly to AC power, offering excellent design flexibility.
Since its founding, Seoul Semiconductor has invested approximately 10% of its annual sales in research and development, driving continuous technological innovation. As a result, the company currently holds more than 18,000 patents, among the highest in the industry, securing its technological competitiveness. A Seoul Semiconductor representative stated, "Based on our outstanding technological capabilities and global production capacity, we continue to build strong trust with customers across various industries in the North American market," adding, "Seoul Semiconductor will be the leading opto-semiconductor partner with a stable supply system that remains unaffected by tariff risks."
