Eight Students Including Leader Kim Chanwoo Participate
Involved in the Development and Operation of Liberal Arts Courses
The College of Liberal Arts at Dong-A University (Dean Kim Jinkyung) held the inauguration ceremony for the 8th Liberal Arts Education Student Evaluation Group.
The ceremony, which took place on April 30 at the College of Humanities on Dong-A University's Seunghak Campus, was attended by Dean Kim Jinkyung, officials from the College of Liberal Arts, and members of the student evaluation group.
The student evaluation group will carry out activities from this month until early November. Their responsibilities include analyzing the preferences of current students regarding liberal arts courses, proposing new liberal arts courses, and planning and producing promotional content for both liberal arts and extracurricular programs.
Courses that have been established based on proposals from previous student evaluation groups include "Crime and Psychology," "Understanding Addiction," "Understanding Gender," "Who am I," "Labor Rights and Law," "Sex and Love," "Reading Science in Film," and "Branding Strategy through Brands."
Dean Kim Jinkyung stated, "Your observations and suggestions are making liberal arts education at Dong-A University richer and more meaningful," and added, "I hope you will approach your responsibilities with a sense of pride and responsibility, and I support your efforts."
Kim Chanwoo (senior, Department of Nursing), the leader of the group, said, "I will do my best to contribute to enhancing the quality of liberal arts education," and expressed his determination by adding, "Together with the members, I will strive to make this a rewarding and meaningful experience."
