Hyundai AutoEver Recruiting New Talent; Applications Open Until the 12th

Hyundai AutoEver announced on May 7 that it is recruiting new talent to lead digital innovation, with applications open until the 12th of this month.


The recruitment areas include: ▲ Vehicle Electronics Software (SW) ▲ Smart Factory ▲ Cloud·Infrastructure ▲ Enterprise IT ▲ Data Technology ▲ Digital Experience (DX), among others.


The new employee recruitment process at Hyundai AutoEver consists of application submission, online screening, first interview, second interview, and final selection. All applicants who submit their applications will take the ACT (Autoever Culture-fit Test) during the online screening stage, which is designed to assess their compatibility with Hyundai AutoEver's organizational culture.


Applicants can apply through the recruitment website linked from the official Hyundai AutoEver homepage. Hyundai AutoEver provides helpful job-related information to applicants on the 'People' page of the recruitment website. Applicants can also gain detailed insights into various roles through job interviews with current employees.


In connection with this recruitment, Hyundai AutoEver has organized various events to provide applicants with useful information. On April 28 and 29, the company held recruitment briefings near Sinchon and Anam, respectively. Separately, Hyundai AutoEver also conducted campus recruiting, where recruiters and current employees visited universities to meet with students preparing for employment.
