Jeil Construction Begins Official Contracts for "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" in Yangju Station Area

Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. is commencing the official contract period for "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky," a new development in the Yangju Station area of Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.

The official contract for Jeil Construction's "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" will take place over three days from Wednesday, May 7 to Friday, May 9. Contracts will be signed at the model house located near Exit 2 of Yangju Station on Line 1.

This complex previously achieved strong results in the subscription process, establishing itself as another successful development in the Yangju Station area. In particular, even during weekends with inclement weather, including rain, snow, and hail, many prospective buyers visited the model house. The enthusiasm for subscriptions was further confirmed by a steady stream of visitors during the pre-document submission period immediately following the announcement of successful applicants.

A sales representative stated, "Despite the challenging market conditions in Yangju, we achieved good results in the subscription process. Since the opening of the model house, both successful and unsuccessful applicants have continued to visit, so we expect strong results in the official contract phase as well." The representative added, "The on-site response has been very positive, thanks to the prime location right next to the station, high satisfaction with the design, and competitive pricing."

Jeil Construction's "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" is a premium mixed-use apartment complex with three basement levels and 40 above-ground floors, offering exclusive floor areas of 70, 84, and 101 square meters, and a total of 702 units. The development boasts a prime location approximately a four-minute walk from Yangju Station on Line 1. It is also expected to benefit from several major transportation projects, including the planned opening of the GTX-C line at Uijeongbu Station, the planned Yangju Station Transfer Center, and the proposed Seoul-Yangju Expressway.

The complex features a high-rise specialized design with full glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows on the exterior. Each unit will have a dedicated entryway pantry and basement storage, and some units will offer views of the Jungnangcheon Stream, enhancing residential satisfaction. Community facilities such as an indoor golf range, fitness center, and Edu-Station will also be provided.

The sale price is set at 517 million to 550 million won for the 84-square-meter units, and 439 million to 466 million won for the 70-square-meter units, similar to the pricing of a nearby development that sold out quickly last year.

The contract deposit is set at 5% of the total sale price (with a flat rate of 5 million won for the first installment), and a full interest-free benefit is provided for 60% of the interim payment. Notably, the resale restriction period is only six months, allowing for resale before the interim loan, which makes the conditions attractive for both end-users and investors.

The model house for Jeil Construction's "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" is located in Nambang-dong, Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, near Exit 2 of Yangju Station on Line 1. Move-in is scheduled for January 2029.
