[Photo] Ongoing Work-to-Rule Protest by Seoul City Bus Drivers

On April 30, labor-management negotiations for Seoul city buses broke down, leading to the initiation of a work-to-rule protest. During this action, bus drivers ensured that every passenger was either fully seated or holding onto a handrail before departing. Additionally, city bus drivers refrained from sudden starts, abrupt braking, sudden lane changes, departing with doors open, and cutting in. On May 7, a city bus driving through Seoul is seen moving slowly with its hazard lights on.
