Can Be Used for Tuition and Textbook Fees
Jongno-gu in Seoul is accepting applications for the "2025 Lifelong Education Voucher Support Program" until May 14.
This program provides annual card points worth 350,000 won to residents of Jongno-gu who are 19 years or older and are either recipients of basic livelihood security, members of the lower-income class, or registered persons with disabilities. These points can be used to pay for tuition and textbook fees for lifelong education courses, including certification programs, language courses, entrepreneurship, and the humanities.
In the first round, 216 people will be selected for the general lifelong education voucher, and 23 people will be selected for the lifelong education voucher for persons with disabilities. Applications can be submitted online through the Seoul Lifelong Education Voucher website and the Bokji24 portal, respectively. Final recipients can use their points with the NH Nonghyup Cheum Card until December 31, 2025.
Applications for the digital and senior lifelong education vouchers are scheduled to be accepted in June. For more details, please contact the Lifelong Education Division or the counseling center of Jongno-gu.
