A Performance Tailored to Students' Perspectives
Helping to Foster Proper Economic Values
The Busan Student Arts and Culture Center (Director Lee Haeseon) will hold three performances of the musical 'My Friend Warren Buffett' at the Grand Theater of the Student Arts and Culture Center on May 8 and 9, targeting approximately 2,400 elementary and middle school students and faculty members.
This performance has been organized to deliver economic concepts in an easy and entertaining way through a musical tailored to students' perspectives, and to help them develop a proper sense of the value of money and investment.
'My Friend Warren Buffett' is based on the childhood story of Warren Buffett, often called the "God of Investment," and teaches about the use and value of money, as well as the meaning of sharing.
Through an engaging storyline, unique characters, and a touching message, the musical provides students with economic education and conveys the value of a happy life.
Lee Haeseon, Director of the Student Arts and Culture Center, said, "This performance will be a valuable opportunity for students to naturally develop economic awareness and the ability to plan their own lives," adding, "We will continue to present performances that everyone in the educational community can enjoy and grow together."
