Gijang County in Busan Announces Individual Official Land Prices as of January 1

Public Notice for 108,917 Parcels
Objections to Individual Official Land Price Accepted Until May 29

Gijang County (Governor Jung Jongbok) announced the determination and public notice of the 'Individual Official Land Price as of January 1, 2025' on April 30, 2025, and will accept objections until May 29.

The county investigated and assessed the land prices for each individual parcel from November of last year to March of this year, and after verification by certified appraisers, conducted a public viewing period and collected opinions from March 21 to April 9.

Additionally, on April 21, the Gijang County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee was convened to deliberate and resolve on matters related to the official land price, and the individual official land prices as of January 1, 2025, for 108,917 parcels subject to disclosure were determined.

Landowners or interested parties who have objections to the newly announced individual official land price may submit an objection form by May 29 through the Land Information Division at the county office, the administrative welfare centers in the towns and townships where the land is located, or via the Real Estate Price Notice website.

Going forward, the county will have certified appraisers re-investigate and verify the submitted objections, and after deliberation by the Gijang County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, will adjust and announce the results on June 26.

An official from Gijang County stated, "We will enhance the fairness and credibility of land administration through thorough management of the individual official land price process."
