13,117 Houses Surveyed...
Up 1.84% Compared to Last Year
Jangseong County in Jeonnam determined and announced the individual housing prices as of January 1, 2024, on April 30, and will accept objections until May 29.
According to Jangseong County on May 1, this announcement was finalized through procedures including a housing characteristics survey for 13,117 individual houses in the county, verification by the Korea Real Estate Board, collection of public opinions, and deliberation by the Jangseong County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
Despite the downturn in the real estate market due to high interest rates, the average housing price announced this year increased by 1.84% compared to the previous year. Individual housing prices can be checked on the 'Real Estate Price Notification' website.
Homeowners or interested parties who have objections to the prices may fill out an objection form and submit it to the administrative welfare center of the housing location or the Tax Accounting Division at Jangseong County Office by May 29.
The county plans to re-investigate the appropriateness of the prices for the objections received and adjust and announce the final individual housing prices by June 26.
The finalized prices will be used as administrative data for property tax, health insurance premiums, basic livelihood security, and other tax and welfare-related purposes.
