One mid-level manager who participated in the training shared, "As a team leader, there are quite a few difficulties that arise during the process of collaboration. The empathy feedback skills that resonated with me were very helpful, and I will strive to exert a positive influence through sincere communication."
Mayor Joo Gwangdeok stated, "We must continuously grow in line with social changes, and we play an important role that impacts the lives of citizens. I urge you to discuss and share ideas across departments and among staff, focusing on the field with citizens, and to exert a positive influence by implementing citizen-oriented policies and improving administrative services."
He added, "Even the same words can be received differently depending on how they are conveyed, and the temperature of words can bring comfort and happiness to others." He stressed the need for wise communication in relationships with civil petitioners, team members, and other departments.
