Post-Sale Apartment Scheduled for March Move-In
Jeil Construction's "Jeil Punggyeongchae Uiwang Gocheon," supplied in Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province, achieved a maximum competition rate of 22.3 to 1, successfully closing the first-priority subscription for all units.
According to Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home on April 30, the first-priority subscription for Jeil Punggyeongchae Uiwang Gocheon, held on April 29, attracted a total of 3,560 applications for 165 units (excluding special supply), resulting in all units being fully subscribed in the first round. The average competition rate was 21.6 to 1, with the 84㎡A type reaching the highest rate of 22.3 to 1.
This complex is located in the B-2BL area of the Gocheon Public Housing District in Gyeonggi Province and is a post-sale apartment scheduled for occupancy in March next year. It consists of eight buildings, each with two basement levels and up to 25 floors above ground, offering a total of 900 units of a single 84㎡ size. In this subscription round, 466 units were supplied, excluding those allocated for pre-sale. The official contract period is scheduled to take place over seven days, from May 20 to May 26.
A sales representative said, "The application of the price ceiling system resulted in a reasonable sale price compared to nearby market prices, which was well received by homebuyers. The favorable location, close to a subway station, elementary school, and administrative town, along with differentiated design, also contributed significantly to the strong subscription results."
